		Have you raised equity financing from several angel investors or a venture capital firm?
		Are you early stage company with a valuation of at least $2 million?
		Is your burn rate low?
		Does the company (or its owners) have equity in assets it could pledge?
		Are you currently seeking venture capital financing?
